It reads your label, not your card
The company that graded your card decides the holder it comes back in, so that is the only question that changes the answer. A Pokémon card and a basketball card in the same style of holder take the same listing.

Two questions. The first is the name printed on your grading label, the second is what your holder looks like. You end on the CardSurvive listing for it, or with a person if your holder is one of the older ones.

Older, thicker and unusual holders vary too much to settle from a menu, and we would rather look at yours than guess. Send CardSurvive clear front and back photos of the holder and we will tell you which listing to take before you spend anything. The form already knows you are asking about TAG. Replies within 1 business day.
The TAG listing is the one CardSurvive publishes for the company on your label, so that page is where the photographs and the price are while you wait for our reply.
How it decides
The company that graded your card decides the holder it comes back in, so that is the only question that changes the answer. A Pokémon card and a basketball card in the same style of holder take the same listing.
Every grading company CardSurvive lists for has a The Tank listing you can open, price and add to your cart in the same visit, at one price of $34.99 AUD including GST.
Older, thicker and unusual cases vary. Rather than answer those from a menu, the finder takes you to support with your grading company already filled in, so all you add is two photos.
The same answer, written out
The finder above walks you through this table one question at a time. It is written out here as well, so you can read the whole thing at once, link to it, or skip the steps entirely and go straight to your listing.

Short answers to the things that decide a listing, including the one people expect to matter and do not: which game the card is from.
Ask CardSurvive about your slabNo. The grading company's holder format decides it. A Pokémon card, a One Piece card and a basketball card sealed in the same style of holder all take the same CardSurvive listing.
CardSurvive publishes one listing covering both TAG and CGC labels rather than two identical pages. Choose it whichever of those two names is printed on yours.
